Privacy policy

Who we are

LitePal (litepal.ai) is operated by FOP Liubchenko Yurii Mykolaiovych, Ukraine. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

For anything about privacy, write to support@litepal.ai.

What we hold about you, and why

  • Your email address. We use it to make your account, to sign you in, and to send your receipts and your finds. The basis is our contract with you.
  • The address of your site and what you change on your profile. We use them to find conversations and companies for you. The basis is our contract with you.
  • What you do on your page: which conversations you answered and which people you wrote to. We use it to show your progress. The basis is our contract with you.
  • Technical records: IP address, browser and the pages you open. We use them to keep the service secure and working. The basis is our legitimate interest.
  • Your orders: what you bought and when, and a reference to the payment. The basis is our contract with you and the law on accounting.

Paddle.com runs our checkout as Merchant of Record. Your card details and billing address go to Paddle, under Paddle's own privacy policy, and never to us.

People in the lists LitePal builds

LitePal builds lists of people at companies that may need a customer's product. A list holds a name, a role, a company and a business email address, taken from public sources. The basis is our legitimate interest and our customers' in business-to-business contact.

If you are in such a list, or want to know whether you are, write to support@litepal.ai. We tell you what we hold and where it came from, and we remove you on request. We keep your address on a do-not-list record so that it is not added again.

Who receives the data

  • Paddle.com, as Merchant of Record, for payments, invoices and tax.
  • Our service providers: hosting, email delivery, the AI models that read public text and write drafts, and Google Analytics and Amplitude, which count visits. They act on our instructions.
  • Google, when you choose to sign in with Google: it tells us your email address and that Google confirmed it.
  • Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your page until you delete them. You can delete both from your Profile page, and we then erase them within 30 days.

We keep order records for as long as accounting law requires. We keep technical records for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its use, to move it to another service, and you may object to its use. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it.

Write to support@litepal.ai. We answer within one month. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Transfers to other countries

Some of our providers work outside your country. When data from the EEA or the UK goes to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the standard contractual clauses or the UK transfer addendum.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access limited to the people who need it, and providers that hold recognised security certifications. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we tell you as the law requires.

Cookies

LitePal sets the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in and one that remembers that a page is paid.

It also counts visits with Google Analytics and Amplitude. They keep an identifier in a cookie or in your browser's storage, so a second visit is not counted as a new visitor, and they see which pages you open and whether you sign in or pay. LitePal does not use them for advertising.

Children

LitePal is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly hold their data.

Changes

When this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you by email or on your page before the change applies.
