Terms of service
Last updated October 12, 2026
Who we are
LitePal (litepal.ai) is operated by FOP Liubchenko Yurii Mykolaiovych ("we", "us", "our"). When you use LitePal you contract with FOP Liubchenko Yurii Mykolaiovych.
By using LitePal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
You give LitePal the address of your product's site. LitePal reads the site, finds public conversations where people ask for a product like yours, finds companies that fit it, and drafts a reply or a first email for each.
LitePal does not post and does not send email for you. You post from your own accounts and send from your own inbox.
Your page and your account
Your page opens from a link, without an account. When you pay, an account is made under the email you pay with. You sign in with a link sent to that email.
Keep the link to your page and your inbox private. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
Drafts written by AI
Replies, emails and summaries in LitePal are written by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Read every draft and check every fact before you use it.
You are responsible for what you post and send, and for following the rules of each community and the law on unsolicited email in the countries you write to.
If you believe something in LitePal infringes your rights or is about you and should not be there, write to support@litepal.ai. We look at every request and remove what should not be there.
We may refuse a site, or remove content from a page, when it breaks these terms.
What you must not do
- Use LitePal for anything unlawful, for fraud, for spam or to harass people.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
- Send unsolicited email in bulk, or in breach of the law that applies to you or to the person you write to.
- Interfere with the service: no malware, no probing or scanning, no scraping, no attempts to get around limits.
- Resell the service or share your account with people outside your company.
Contact details in your lists
The people and addresses in your lists come from public sources. LitePal checks each address on the day it finds it and shows that date. We do not guarantee that an address works or that a person will answer.
You decide whether you may contact a person, and you honour every request to stop.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle takes your order, processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales tax or VAT. Your card details go to Paddle and never to us. Paddle's buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/terms) apply to every purchase together with these terms.
The report is paid once. The Pro and Advanced plans are paid every month or every year, as you choose, and renew until you stop them. The first month of a plan, or its first year when you pay by the year, can have a lower price; the price of the following months or years is shown beside it. A plan paid by the year costs less than twelve months, and the pricing page shows both prices. A plan pauses its search while you are away: when you have not opened your page for 10 days on Pro, or for 7 days on Advanced, and 20 or more finds wait unopened. Both must be true. The search starts again when you open your page and confirm that you are back. A paused plan still renews; stop it on the pricing page if you no longer want it. You can also buy one more search by hand at any time: on a plan it is one more search at its own price, and without a plan it is a new report at the price of a report. You can stop a plan at any time on the pricing page while you are signed in; it then runs to the end of the month or the year you paid for. The prices are on the pricing page.
Refunds follow our refund policy (litepal.ai/refunds).
What is ours and what is yours
LitePal, its software and its design belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, and nothing more.
Your site and what you write stay yours. Public posts belong to their authors and to the platforms they are on. You may use the drafts LitePal writes for you in any way you like.
No guarantee
We work to keep LitePal running and correct, but we provide it as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not guarantee customers, replies or revenue.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or for indirect loss.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, for a security or fraud risk, or for repeated or serious violations. Where we can, we write to you first.
You can stop using LitePal at any time and delete your page and your data from your Profile page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved under the laws of Ukraine.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms. When a change matters, we tell you by email or on your page before it applies.
Questions about these terms: support@litepal.ai. For a question about a payment you can also reach Paddle at paddle.net.
